Hardie siding is made from wood pulp, cellulose fibers, and cement. It does not rot or warp, and can last up to 50 years. Resists damage from extreme hot and wet climates. Can hold paint for up to a decade, about three to four times longer than wood.

Cedar siding requires very little maintenance. Washing them from time to time using a garden hose is enough to keep them looking fresh for many years.

We are one of the few contractors who still install vinyl siding!

Ideally this option is for rental properties or homeowners on a lower budget. Vinyl Siding is a low maintenance product and does not require paint.
